Q: When is my order shipping?

We are committed about trust and efficiency . The shipping process may vary

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 working days from the time of checkout. (Mon - Fri)
  • Pre-Order Products : Pre-order items may take between 20 to 40 working days for shipping, due to additional processing and manufacturing times. (Mon - Fri)
  • Please understand that each item has specific delivery details mentioned in the description , therefore take note of the delivery information for each item before placing your order.
  • An email will be send after placing your order . Second email will be sent including the tracking. Make sure to be aware and check your spams . Any queries infoxyz@heavenkingmembers.com , or check directly the section contact on the website. NO DM ON INSTA 
  • Please note we are not responsible to import taxes and can not control their amount , once your goods sent the company in charge is handling it .

Q: Can I cancel my order / amend / exchange

A: Order Cancellation, Amendments, and Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations:
    No cancellations, all sales are final. 
  • Amendments:
    Changes to your order (color, size, or shipping details) may be possible, depending on stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any amendments.
  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are possible based on stock availability and only if it is sent carefully ; no faulty items will be changed , advised that no refunds will be issued.  If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds are processed and issued in for valuable reasons only ( loss , faulty items … ) FRAUDULENT ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED TO THE CARD USED TO PURCHASE.

 

Q: When will my Pre-order ship? 
A: Allow 25 - 35 working days, moreover If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item becomes available.

A: To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-ordered and in-stock products.

A: Updates: We will provide consistent updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including production progress and estimated shipping dates. You’ll be notified via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.

 

Q: Ive emailed and I haven't had a response?  
A: We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 3-5 days. However, during busy periods, some emails may unfortunately be missed.
